From the forest floor of Romagna, a wide selection of fresh truffles.   We also offer a full range of flavoured oils and other processed products ready for the kitchen, as well as dried porcini mushrooms,  rice with truffles, and truffle tools.

Piadina is a traditional regional thin Italian flatbread, typically prepared in the Romagna region (Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini). The dough is traditionally cooked in a terracotta dish.
